I was very happy with the tech Brandon. He was very thorough and answered all of my many questions. I also appreciate that I only had to pay a small service call fee. Some of the other companies that I looked up charged much more. I will definitely do business with Olympic plumbing if I have another problem.

Rafael was very knowledgeable and came out and diagnosed my problem and explained the needed repairs. He offered me many options to choose from and was not pushy. He had a trainee with him, he took the time to explain everything to me and I felt confident in their ability to make the repairs.

Nate was quite professional, efficient and technologically savvy to look at pics of my existing bathroom on Zillow while we talked about a renovation.

Dylan and Morgan arrived today to fix a leaky toilet and did a great job! I received notice from the office staff that they were available earlier than expected, which I appreciated very much! They also flushed and inspected my old hot water heater and wrote up a quote for a new one, at my request. And they replaced the shut-off valve for the toilet, which was old and leaking as well. I am very pleased with their work. They were courteous, friendly, experienced and efficient. I would highly recommend them and Olympic Plumbing Technology to my family and friends!

Friendly, helpful and efficient. Called morning of appointment with possibly being able to come early. I appreciated the call but was not able to take the offer. Quickly found the leak, referred us to another company for water damage repair since the leak sprayed up to my floor, and repaired/replaced the damaged line.

Nick from Olympic Plumbing Technology met with me today to provide an estimate to replace the water main pipe that runs from the curbside meter to our homes water main shutoff; about a 40ft run from the meter. The City of Puyallup notified us of a suspected leak. Initial guidance from the utility worker was to shut-off our home water main line and watch the water meter; if it's still spinning, the leak is in between the meter and the home. Not inside the house. We did this test and the meter kept spinning with our home water main turned off. BUMMER!! The leaking pipe is about 40 years old and sprung a leak underground. Nick met with us and what a great experience!! He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained our options with a detailed scope of work breakdown. I had done enough research and spoke with another outdoor plumber that did not leave me with the feeling I would want to work with him. We decided to go with Olympic Plumbing Technology and agreed to 1 of the options to replace the water line. Before Nick left he had already teed up the "Call Before you Dig" service and scheduled a crew to start work in 5 days. I will follow up after the actual work is completed and finish this review.

This is our 2nd major assistance we have called upon this awesome highly skilled Company called Olympic Plumbing Technology to fix for us! Their Technicians are soooo very highly skilled and knowledgeable and have the very best seemingly natural customer service hearts, I have ever worked with! So they are are our go to company! Hands down. Steven S is absolutely the BEST and so very knowledgeable and highly skilled technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His associate Trevor was very helpful too! Steven came out the first time, two weeks prior, to clear a major draining problem, that we could not reach with our 25 foot and then rented 50 foot snake tool ourselves. Steven cleared the clog or blockage, using a camera to see inside the pipe and to show us what he was seeing. He explained that he could come out again with a tool that would actually scour the inside of the drainage pipe under our concrete slab. They use cameras in their work that show them what is causing things to get hung up and clogged inside the pipes. Scouring the inside removes stuff causing the clogs. Our first major plumbing need I wrote about on their facebook page. Best plumbing company ever for us! The most awesome wonderful technicians! They go above and beyond!

We employed Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT) in a previous major project: sewer piping, hookup, and septic tank decommissioning of a 72-year-old house and were very pleased with OPT’s communication, planning, and work on that project. When we noticed some leaking water faucets, we called OPT again. Brandon (OPT) did a thorough evaluation of the water supply piping and recommended whole house piping replacement. This project proceeded quickly and brought our house plumbing up to code. Thank you, Brandon and OPT!!!
