My water heater died over the weekend and after troubleshooting it myself, I knew it needed replacement. After calling Olympic Plumbing, Darin was sent out to assess the situation and performed a safety inspection of my plumbing. He agreed with replacement and explained the possible causes for the water heater ultimately failing. The following day, Darin and Jake swapped out the water heater, improved the piping situation and somehow made the furnace room looking better than it did before which is an absolute plus! Whoever had done the plumbing in the house previously had done a terrible job. Great experience overall!

Alec was very qualified and informed me of each step in the replacement of a faulty shower. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I appreciated his attention to each detail.

Scott and Erick were great. They explained my options for a new water heater. They did an amazing job and clean installation. Call them on a Sunday and by Monday 11:00 am I had a new water heater. Cannot complain. Will do business again.
