Keenan was exceptional. I required an emergency service on a Sunday and he came out and with great kindness took his time in being thorough & diagnosing the problem. He guided me how to move forward in obtaining the correct part and another appointment was scheduled just two days later to repair everything. Keenan was comprehensive in his approach & kind in his delivery and informative and patient. I am very grateful to everyone that helped me when I had no hot water or heat for a week due to challenges with my tankless hot water heater.

Scott showed up when he said he would. Inspected what looked like a septic cover but turned out to be something else. Did the complimentary check of our sinks, wash room, and water tank. Then offered great advice on how to repair the easy fix. Will definitely be calling them if we have any issues in the future.

Called them when we had a crack in our main water line. They were able to get someone out to us in about an hour and a half. Alex did an amazing job and even found a second leak we weren’t aware of.

Jake Roderick did a wonderful job for us yesterday. We had a small leak in copper piping in our basement. Jake responded very quickly, first thing the next morning after my call. He completed a ten point inspection and then had the leak permanently fixed moments later. Jake was efficient, polite, and explained the whole process as he worked. Thank you!

The experience was what one would hope when contacting a contractor to make repairs on your home. Received updated phone calls and text about my scheduled time. Received a call 20 minutes before technician arrival. Technician, Gaige, was knowledgeable and very polite. Repair was identified and performed in a short period of time. All and all a smooth process.
