Ollie Cares is Olympic Plumbing Technology’s year-round community care program created to help neighbors facing essential plumbing challenges.

We know that a plumbing problem can quickly affect a household’s safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Through Ollie Cares, community members may submit a request for assistance for themselves, a loved one, or a neighbor.

Partnering with neighbors who are facing hardship, we accept year-round requests and review them with care based on urgency, need, available resources, and alignment with the program.

Because community needs often exceed our available resources, submitting a request does not guarantee that Olympic Plumbing Technology will be able to provide service, repairs, materials, or financial assistance. Requests are accepted year-round and reviewed as time, staffing, materials, and program resources allow.

What This Program Is For

Neighbors experiencing hardship, safety issues, accessibility concerns, or essential plumbing problems they cannot reasonably address on their own.

Essential plumbing needs such as:

  2. Water heater concerns or loss of hot water
  3. Accessibility-related plumbing needs
  4. Plumbing concerns affecting sanitation, health, or daily living

What This Program Is Not

  1. Emergency plumbing service
  2. A guarantee of free plumbing
  3. Remodels, upgrades, or cosmetic improvements
  4. Non-essential or "wish-list" plumbing projects
  5. A substitute for homeowner's insurance or landlord responsibilities
