The technician Raphael was great. But unfortunately the prices were obscene. They wanted $861 to replace a kitchen faucet. I declined and will have a friend do it for me. But the technician was really good about trying to solve my problem, and did a good thorough inspection of all my plumbing.

Raphael provided the best (no exaggeration) plumbing consultation I have ever received in my 60+ years of life. He was personable, thorough and did not complete his search for the exact products and modifications we were seeking until he found them. His quote took less the an hour, including the products we needed. He also did a full plumbing inspection and found our new, one-and-half-year -old home had a plumbing issue that did not meet code, resulting in recommending in the appropriate 'fix'. Finally, he assured us that he would do the work, further assuring the products and modifications were done to our specifications. I cannot expect more than that.
