Rafael and Erick were very helpful and explained our plumbing problem in a way that made it seemed like they were genuinely trying to help us understand to be better informed on how to make a decision. I appreciated their approach and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything or use trade jargon to overwhelm me. Offered a variety of solutions to fix our problem ranging from a next day, affordable fix that can last us years, to a full rework and all of our problems should go away more or less permanently. A huge relief after years of strange, undiagnosed plumbing issues nobody else had picked up on, because frankly they weren't as thorough. Nobody likes the crawlspace, I get it. Rafael gets in that crawlspace.

I had a great experience! I was referred to this specific plumber (Gaige S.) and was very happy with the recommendation. They were prompt, practical, knowledgeable, and clearly good at what they do. They quickly addressed a pipe leak under my kitchen sink and did a great job with the repair. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Shout out to Olympic Plumbing Technology! Rafael and Erick came out next day following our initial call to assess our situation and were able to complete the work the same day. Toilet was needing new insides but after chatting, we just went ahead with replacing it as it was old anyhow. Outside of our initial plan/scope they also fixed a broken leaky spigot in the backyard and replaced parts on 2 sinks that were plastic with metal quarter turn knobs to avoid future issues. They were both incredibly friendly, professional and educational. Highly recommend!
