Very knowledgeable, modern technology, prompt service.

I needed to have my hot water tank flushed. Read through the owner’s manual and didn’t quite have the confidence to DIY. Called this company to do it for me while I watched and took notes for future flushing. Tech was great, very patient to my questions and follow- through. Process was simple, no complications, and over in 45 minutes. My issue here was the price. I paid $460. I was offered this price before he started or I could sign up for their annual maintenance program for $14/mo. that covered a lot of things I don’t need. So he’s here, willing and able, yet I have to pay a bunch of money in lieu of signing up for something I don’t need. My take-away here is they really want you to sign-up for steady maintenance, and if not, you get gouged. It’s all about marketing. Learned my lesson and never again.

Gaige did a great job. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to fix the problem and fixed it. I was also able to observe him conducting training with his assistant and it was impressive. The best part was Gaige was aware that my 7 year old son was rushing home from school to see him work. He talked to my son and explained what he was doing to fix the shower. He made my son’s face light up and even offered him a job one day. My boy said that Gaige is cooler than the Super Mario brothers!

Brandon and Garrett provided quick, efficient, and professional service. They were polite and answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the service they provided. My plumbing issue was more complicated than was expected but they were able to fix it and still hold true to the estimate that was provided. These guys were great!

Steven was very knowledgeable and friendly. He stepped me through the process and all issues were taken care of when finished. My husband called on a Sunday and Tuesday was our appointment. The tech finished earlier with his other appointment and was here over an hour+ earlier than scheduled.

Finding a plumber in Grays Harbor County is nearly impossible—most don’t return calls or aren’t familiar with tankless water heaters, often suggesting replacement even though ours is only three years old. When a rattling noise under the house started keeping us up, I reached out to Olympic Plumbing, not knowing if they’d even come this far. To my surprise, Xandra responded that same evening and arranged for a technician the next morning. Nick arrived in a clearly marked vehicle, was professional and courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue—a loose piece rattling under the house. What stood out most was his honesty and knowledge; rather than pushing for replacement, he explained how to maintain and troubleshoot our system, giving me real peace of mind. 5 Star Review #1:Olympic Plumbing Technology was able to have the toilet flushing within an hour and a half from the time they were called. 5 Star Review #2: Because of the excellent service we received the first time, we choose Olympic Plumbing Technology again when we had major plumbing work after an upstairs toilet clogged and ran over night causing a flood. The office staff has been amazing in communication and answering questions. The plumbing technicians were knowledgeable and explained things very well with excellent recommendations. We will continue to use Olympic Plumbing Technology for any of our plumbing problems.

We discussed the situation, he got right to work, and was very knowledgeable and professional as well. He was able to suggest money saving tips for my specific situation and provided quotes for potential additional work within minutes of clearing the problem, cleaned up the area, and was done in less than two hours. I am thoroughly happy with Olympic Plumbing Technology from start to finish! EDIT: I had a follow up questions about the work I had done and some possible repairs that might be required, and in my opinion, Steven went above and beyond to help me find the answers I needed. Olympic plumbing was amazing to work with and Ryan did a great job at my house!

We are very happy with the services we received. Brandon was efficient and knowledgeable, and he explained how the sump pump functions, and showed me how it was installed. Same goes for the yard hydrant that he installed. We also got a new bathroom faucet which was installed by Brandon’s assistant and he also did a great job.

Hired them primarily to replace old leaky drain pipes in our kitchen but agreed to some other larger fixes to our old plumbing, costing us over $7k. Part of this work involved digging in our front yard to put a clean-out access for the sewer and we were very specific that we didn't want it to block our walkway and were assured it would not. So of course they put it exactly where we said we didn't want it and, in the process, ruined our landscaping. I offered repeatedly to move our gravel and rocks out of the way to uncover the dirt beneath and they told me it was unnecessary and they'd handle it. Well, the photos show how it should look and how they left it. Now I have to spend a chunk of my weekend fixing their work. There were other issues with communication aside from this, and we had a huge hole blocking our use of our property for 2 days with radio silence on when it would be filled (they were waiting on a code inspector). The technicians also left my water shut off pried open with parts pulled out.

Nate arrived as scheduled, answered all questions and concerns and completed the job rapidly. Added praise: he was delightful.

We employed Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT) in a previous major project: sewer piping, hookup, and septic tank decommissioning of a 72-year-old house and were very pleased with OPT’s communication, planning, and work on that project. When we noticed some leaking water faucets, we called OPT again. Brandon (OPT) did a thorough evaluation of the water supply piping and recommended whole house piping replacement. Nick got us set up, Ryan and Morgan handled the actual job and man...they did a great job. They replaced our shut-off valve which had been leaking for over two years in a matter of minutes. If that's not proof of skill, I don't know what is.

Olympic Plumbing Technology messed up my appointment (forgot about me) but gave me a coupon and narrowed my appointment time for the next day (thank you) with the plumber I very highly recommend, STEVE SHOOPMAN… a plumber extraordinaire, he's a guy you can talk with about the job, uh, like brainstorm the job before doing it.!!! He has now done 3 or 4 jobs for me over the last two years. Wow is he top notch and skilled, did i mention that.!! He replaced pipe under my kitchen sink, then he installed a faucet down in my basement and at that appointment, gave me a camera view of my sewer line from washer & dryer out to the street, and finally, this time around, he Auger Snaked my pipe. I had the pleasure of connecting with Olympic Plumbing today when they came out to my nonprofit for an estimate. I hade the pleasure of walking through the project with Nick Garside, one of their technicians. He was very thorough and efficient. He asked good questions and was patient as I explained the full scope of the project both current and future. I appreciated the excellent customer service he provided. However, at the end of the walk through he crunched some numbers and when he told me the job would be approx $16,000 and that I would have to sign some documents about the walk through. I signed the documents and then he asked for an approx $87 fee for the technician to come out and give an estimate. He stated that this would go towards my total bill and be deducted. I was really confused and got my card and paid it. After he left I called my mom and she was in the phone with me the day prior when I booked the estimate. We were told by either Alyssa B or Sarah J on the phone that we would not have a fee for the estimate today and that they were waiving the $79.00 fee. I called my mom today to confirm that call yesterday because it was on speakerphone in the car. I believe it could have been an easy misunderstanding from the dispatch and office to the technician. I complied and paid for the estimate however, I will be calling in the morning to discuss the previous promise of the estimate fee waived. I wish that the fee was disclosed on the phone call prior to their arrival or when they first arrived. I had several plumbers and electricians on the schedule for this week to come out and yesterday I only spoke to one, yall, who had a fee and offered to wave it, so it was very left field today with that field. I hope that when I call tomorrow they are able to clarify the phone call and hold true to their word and are able to refund my credit card. Other than the fee, they were very thorough and provided great customer service. I believe it was a little misunderstand and translation and I feel good that they will do right by it ( :

Corbin was friendly and explained opportunistic options clearly. The problem was a leaking hose bib. The challenge was getting to it. It was a more difficult fix than expected. Corbin took care when cutting holes in the siding and the kitchen cabinet. He also did an inspection of bathrooms, water heater and other outside faucets. He was thorough. I would recommend him.

From the helpful person who booked my appointment to the arrival of the plumber, Nate, at our rental property, it was a positive experience. The only negative was learning that most plumbers won't work on the type of water lines that are in older mobile/manufactured homes. Sadly that was the need I had. But Nate told me how to repair the leak I had including what parts I needed. I will certainly use Olympic Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Meeting Steven of Olympic Plumbing Technology was a true stroke of luck. We have a 85+ year old sewer that starts cast iron, goes to orange burg, to a pvc fix then 70 feet of concrete. We have lots of washed? pebbles in our line which are going to be a big problem very soon. Steven went through every possible option with us. We have learned a whole lot about our sewer in the past few months and after meeting with several firms and as many camera explorations, I knew pretty quickly that Steven could fix our system. Olympic Plumbing Technology was able to have the toilet flushing within an hour and a half from the time they were called.

Nick was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He had everything in the truck even for an unexpected part replacement. As always, they do a great job and great customer service.

Gaige was very professional and competent. He took only two hours to swap out my failed hot water heater with a new one. Olympic Plumbing is lucky to have such outstanding employees. I booked an appointment online with Olympic Plumbing and they called me shortly after to inform me that they could get a specialist out before my appointment date. They arrived that same day and fixed the problem in just a few hours while also inspecting the plumbing throughout my new house. Great service, friendly, and managed to give me my kitchen sink back, which was invaluable.

I'm working on a garage to ADU conversion. Vernon has been very helpful in working with me on a portion of plumbing that I am not knowledgeable about or comfortable with with doing myself, the sewer connection and rehabing the existing line. He has explained to me what I was seeing on the camera and showing me the concerns with the existing sewer line. I will definitely use them again for any future work.

He's friendly, prompt, professional, and obviously quite experienced. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had us taken care of within a few hours. He even went above and beyond, spotting a leaky spigot (separate from our water heater issue), and helped us resolve it. Thanks Gaige!!
