Scott R. came out on two different occasions. The first was to help locate a leak the city told us we had. Very professional and spent a good amount of time helping us locate it.

The second time was for a shower valve repair he quoted when he came for leak detection. It gave him a fight but he ended up fixing the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our services.

Both times they scheduled us next day services and got the job done exceeding expectations with reasonable prices. They walked us through everything and had us test out the repairs to make sure it was functioning properly.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Rafael and Keenon were awesome and did a great, timely job installing my new tankless water heater. They listened to my initial concerns about my gas pipes, assessed the situation, came up with helpful options and answered all of my questions. I ended up going with an option I didn’t think that I would just yet (I knew I would need to replace the unit soon enough). But the price, payment options and service options were right. They were able to get right to work and I even got a deluxe model of the tankless at no extra cost.
The things I love about OPT are that they actually listen and just want me to be served well. I find them to be more affordable and customer-oriented than other plumbing companies I have gotten quotes or work from over the years. OPT re-plumbed my house and septic pipe a few years ago and I’ve been a happy camper with that ever since. Thank you again to Rafael and Keenon, you made the entire experience great!

We had a water line break which required an emergency repair. Alec came out within 15 min of our call to Olympic Plumbing Technology. Alec showed up and reviewed the issue and provided an estimate for the repair. He had to dig down to the water line and fix the broken line. He did a great job and cleaned up after the job. Great work Alex. Would recommend Alec and Olympic Plumbing Technology to anyone that needs emergency plumbing help. We will call Olympic again for future plumbing needs.

Went through Olympia Plumbing twice in the last two weeks for two different types of jobs and both Aaron and Zachary were beyond our expectations. Thanks OPT, you guys rock! 6/12/2026 Called OPT due to a faulty angle stop, leaking faucet and water tank flush. We ended up wanting to replace our two bathroom sink faucets and two angle stops due to be 20 plus years old. Alec showed up on time as scheduled and was very polite, friendly and professional. He was able take care of everything in a short amount of time and seemed to really care about the quality of his work. Thanks to Alec and the OPT team once again!

This is my third review for Olympic plumbing Technology and my third five star review. I had a smart shut off valve, installed to my main water line by Ryan (assisted by Skylar who did a great job with the WiFi components). Not only do the plumbers do great work, but they genuinely try to help you out with coupons, not overcharging, putting back insulation that they took off. It just gives you a good feeling and takes away that adversarial feeling that a plumber is coming to your house to overcharge and rip you off.

With such service, it is no wonder we return to Olympia Plumbing again and again. We’ve used Olympic Plumbing in the past for toilet replacements and was extremely pleased. Our technician for a previous visit replaced our bathroom faucets and shower fixtures and worked through several faulty issues with our existing plumbing and fixtures; mitigating leaks in the process. Big kudos to our plumber, Dylan, who was very pleasant and an excellent tradesman. We will definitely call them back again. Well done!

Zak and Ted did a fantastic job on installing a on-demand hot water system in my house. They also replaced two outside facets and the houses main water shutoff valve. They explained what would happen and the estimate for all three jobs. No surprises and everything looks great and works perfectly. Highly recommend them to anyone that wants a professional job completed.

I had a severely clogged kitchen sink drain that I had tried everything myself to unclog. Finally called in the big guns at Olympic Plumbing. They sent us Technician Steven Shoopman and he went way above and beyond to make certain we have a long lasting, trouble free drain. He ran the camera down several times afterwards to ensure he got a good fix. When he spotted remaining grease pockets he didn't call it good enough, he kept at it until it was fully cleared. I was extremely impressed by his tenacity and professionalism. Definitely got our money's worth....thank you Steven, well done!!

I had Robby J. come out and take a look at my spare bathroom valves and we had some issues finding a replacement valve at first but we did find one. Since I have an older home it’s been difficult repairing/replacing certain things which has been incredibly frustrating. But Robby was a big help on walking me through everything and even provided me with some financing options to lessen the blow which makes me incredibly happy that I have options. This actual physical installation of the system is great, the plumbing is clean and tidy and looks great. The problem is the system. It really hasn’t worked, or at least hasn’t worked like I expected. I get a maximum of 100 gallons of water before iron starts to appear in the water again. When I got the work done I was given three options, so I the middle priced option that was presented as a “good” option, but not then “best” or “Peace of Mind” as Olympic put it. Anyway, I had a tech come back out and they checked the controller setting and nothing seemed out of order. I am still having them problem, and yesterday 17 May, the system only gave me 60 gallons of water before iron/color came back into my water. I have another appointment today 18 May, and will continue to post updates. No one ever told me what kind of Iron is in my water, but I think the “Good” system option would still give me enough water to have hundreds of gallons. Right I have to regen every day, maybe twice because if our water needs. I hope they can come up with a solution.

Once he got to my home he apologized for the time it took to get back to me. He went straight to work. He had to snake out the sink three times. Finally got it cleared. He gave me suggestions to make clearing clogs better next time He was very polite and professional.

We had a full sewer replacement that required an entirely new trench dug, new pvc pipe and retro fitting of old pipes from the house. Our experience was amazing, Ron, Vernon, Garrett and Morgan served us on this job. Everyone was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was completed with great efficiency, with care and the city inspector praised the completed job as "above expectations". Jake came out to help us with a leaking bathtub. He was helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly. This was our first time having a “significant” plumbing problem and he a great job of helping us understand the problem and give us a path to fixing it. He helped the situation immensely by breaking down the issue and making sure we fully understood what was happening. He also helped connect us to a restoration company to address the moisture issues, citing the importance of solving this problem beyond just the scope of his work. Nick Garside was a wonderful tech. We had pump issues at our tiny home village and Nick came in handled it like a pro.

I called and was given a time slot of 3 - 7 pm even though everything was booked for the day. 10 minutes after I had called, I received a call from a technician and he said he was on his way and could be there in 10 minutes! Awesome! Two trucks pulled up and two technicians. We all got along great and had discussions outside of plumbing that were enjoyable. They assessed the main issue and did a full inspection of the plumbing inside and outside the house and poited out the things I needed to keep an eye on. My main issue was the outside hose bibs were leaking and were basically shot (35 years old.) Cheaper to replace than repair. They gave a quote, I signed, and they quickly got to work and completed the job in timely fashion. Thanks guys for your work and especially your friendliness and conversation!

Jake replaced the brand new water heater that stopped working the next day. He did a great job.

We had a pipe burst over the weekend. Olympic had other emergencies but made time for us. They were communicative, professional, and great to work with. Danny was friendly and gave great service.

We had Olympic Plumbing Technology come out and replace our old kitchen faucet with a new one that we supplied and the three angle stops. Morgan did a wonderful job; he was very professional and knowledgeable. There was a small pin hole leak in the short supply line pipe threads for one of the angle stops that was hard to stop. He ended up replacing the pipe at no extra charge. He finished the insulation and thoroughly cleaned up the area. Thanks, Morgan, for a job well done.

Danny was excellent. I actually ended up resolving my own problem right before he arrived. But, he was still willing to do a quick inspection of my work on my water heater and make sure it was truly resolved with no cost to me for their drive over / dispatch or inspection. Very personable, communicative of the ETA, and would be happy to work with them again if I ever needed to.

We called for a leak inspection and received same day appointment. We receIved notifications that our technician would be at our home soon with a name and picture id. Nick arrived on time and went over the home and inspected where we might have possible leak. We discussed issue found and nick sat down and explained how we might resolve the issue. He provided estimate and explained service and membership. Scheduled date and time for work to be completed. We highly recommend this company.

Answered the call. The technician I worked with was named Morgan who was absolutely professional and knowledgeable about the job! Morgan explained in great detail the job he would perform to fix my leaky spigot which lead to cutting into drywall to repair a poorly installed pipe during the home construction. As Morgan worked he explained the why’s on what he was doing and made sure I completely understood the issue and how he was going to fix it! Gaige was incredibly patient he went above and beyond to restore hot water to our home. He had wonderful customer service was never pushy to sell us a new unit and spent hours trying to fix the existing one. We ended up having him install a tank less water heater and he did a really great job making it look nice and showing up when he said he would which is rare these days.

Both Sarah's in the office and Nick were absolutely great. They were willing to come out to my house which is out of their typical area. Nick arrived on time, was very professional and diligent.

Nate was very helpful. We have old polybutylene PEX and the Shark Bite end cap did not stem the water flow after I installed. Nate suggested that I try and find an end cap with the polybutylene fitting. I tried every big box, plumbing supply store and hardware store I could think of - to no avail. Nate fixed it and we're good now.

We had a toilet leaking from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom. Rafael did an excellent job explaining what was going on and fixing the leak. While he couldn't fix the rotting wood, he did refer us to a company that could. Later in the day we did receive a call from the other company which means he followed through on the referral! Rafael was very professional and thorough with his work. We even asked about a second potential leak that he looked at and we did find is a slow leak that will be fixed. I plan to use this company again in the future if we need any plumbing services.

He fixed a drain blockage located in my inlet baffle and also provided helpful tips on steps we could take to mitigate future blockages. Rafael is polite, very efficient, explains things clearly about the jobs, pricing, etc. He is conscientious, thorough and focused. He accomplished a good amount of work in a reasonable amount of time. He left each area clean. The company can be proud of this employee. He replaced piping inside a wall, the old connectors on work that was done wrong that caused a damaging leak, and replaced old valves under three sinks.

Robby Juarez showed up on time. He promptly found the leak. He discussed his recomendations and the costs of the repair upfront. After the repairs were completed, Robby left us more than happy with his work

Two incredible plumbers Steve S. and Danny S tackled my job. They performed a very complex job involving my 85 year old "Cast Iron Stack". My LEAD PIPE from the STACK to the toilet developed holes from age and leaked. Danny with 47 years experience new how to proceed. He knew how to remove LEAD PIPING from the Joint at and inside the STACK, and then rebuilt the pipe in black 4" PVC up to my NEW toilet FLANGE. CARE >> They gave me the better silicone rubber insert into existing STACK joint (thank you) and also gave me the upgraded stainless toilet FLANGE (thank you). I needed this job done delicately and with experience so while digging out the old broken Lead pipe, that my existing STACK would not get damaged or cracked... yikes. But alas, Danny and Steve pulled it off perfectly. This job was not cheap but i was paying for much more than standard plumbing on the job. They get an 11 on a 10-star scale. Bill Brower Tacoma Wa. P.S. I should add that Steve S. Is my regular plumber, he has done 4 jobs for me. Each time He listens to how i want to proceed and brainstorms with me on what to do. It is my belief that when you find a really good plumber, you hang on to him.

We had a house water filter installed an our yearly water heater flush. Their technician Gaige did a great job and answered all my questions as they came up, even the ones that were unrelated to the specific job. He even taught me how to undo the faucet filter so I can clean it in the future. He was professional and polite.

DJ came by with an associate. They performed a 10-point inspection and checked out our sump pump. They didn't perform any work this go around but I really appreciated the way they communicated with us through the whole process, and they gave me really good information and suggestions for different ways to approach the situation. Would definitely call them again. EDIT: Just had another visit, this time from Corbin. Flooding nightmare... he was awesome.
