I received a call asking if I would like my water heater drained today instead of my scheduled appointment, due to a cancellation. I said yes. Erick, the technician called to let me know he was on his way. Very nice gentleman, left everything clean. It pays to be a Legend Member which has many benefits. I didn’t have to pay anything to have my water heater drained.

I had a great experience. They came quickly to assess my leak and the plumber was very professional. I will use them again in the future.

Water heater stopped working. Gage showed up the next day to take a look. They had the water heater of my choice in stock and installed it that day. Very nice that they have key items like this in stock in their warehouse so I didn't have to wait for it to be ordered/delivered and be out of hot water for several days.

I had nothing but a positive and professional experience with Olympic Plumbing Technology. We discovered a leak in our crawl space and they got a technician out on a Sunday very fast! The fix was completed by Darin and Jake who where on point, professional, and friendly. Hopefully we won't need any plumbers anytime soon but I would call upon Olympic Plumbing Technology again.

My water heater died over the weekend and after troubleshooting it myself, I knew it needed replacement. After calling Olympic Plumbing, Darin was sent out to assess the situation and performed a safety inspection of my plumbing. He agreed with replacement and explained the possible causes for the water heater ultimately failing. The following day, Darin and Jake swapped out the water heater, improved the piping situation and somehow made the furnace room looking better than it did before which is an absolute plus! Whoever had done the plumbing in the house previously had done a terrible job. Great experience overall!

Rafael and Erick were very helpful and explained our plumbing problem in a way that made it seemed like they were genuinely trying to help us understand to be better informed on how to make a decision. I appreciated their approach and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything or use trade jargon to overwhelm me. Offered a variety of solutions to fix our problem ranging from a next day, affordable fix that can last us years, to a full rework and all of our problems should go away more or less permanently. A huge relief after years of strange, undiagnosed plumbing issues nobody else had picked up on, because frankly they weren't as thorough. Nobody likes the crawlspace, I get it. Rafael gets in that crawlspace.

I had a great experience! I was referred to this specific plumber (Gaige S.) and was very happy with the recommendation. They were prompt, practical, knowledgeable, and clearly good at what they do. They quickly addressed a pipe leak under my kitchen sink and did a great job with the repair. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Shout out to Olympic Plumbing Technology! Rafael and Erick came out next day following our initial call to assess our situation and were able to complete the work the same day. Toilet was needing new insides but after chatting, we just went ahead with replacing it as it was old anyhow. Outside of our initial plan/scope they also fixed a broken leaky spigot in the backyard and replaced parts on 2 sinks that were plastic with metal quarter turn knobs to avoid future issues. They were both incredibly friendly, professional and educational. Highly recommend!

Jake came and re-caulked our shower after we had an annoying leak that no one could find. he did more than he had to so we wouldn't need to call and get them to come back. saves both of us time and a headache. I really appreciated it. would recommend.

We had our 19 year old water heater go out on us and within a day Olympic came out and did an assessment and 2 days later the job is done! Jake R. did the tankless install solo along with a couple other projects and got everything done beautifully and quickly and was extremely informative and professional.

Gaige Stidham was terrific! He called to say he was coming, came on time, explained everything that he would do and the options I had in choosing the best route for my own situation. He replaced a shelving unit I had taken apart to make room for him to work on my tankless water heater.

Scott was great! He is very knowledgeable and skilled.

The dispatcher answered my call on the first ring, had an emergency plumber on call, and got me scheduled. Keenon was excellent, showed up on time, addressed the problem, was professional and personable, upfront about what needed to happen, and got the job done right away.

John L. came out to our home in Tacoma and found that the water leaking up from the flooring was being caused by corroded copper pipes from the waterline. He was probably here for half an hour, but in that time had troubleshooted the issue, explained the situation, and gave us solutions — including an estimate. John was very professional yet personable. Highly recommend this company.

Ryan provided very good quality service. He kept us informed on every detail of the service. He completed the job on time and quality work. Kudos to Olympic Plumbing Technology!

Edit#2: I had Gaige out to fix a small leak in the pumphouse that was part of the job Olympic did in May. Gaige is a very personable guy and great at what he does. We gave the pipe cement an hour to properly set up before turning the pump back on. I appreciate having good workers at my house that I can converse with and even learn a thing or two.

Edit: Nate finished up with the jobs today. He is a great guy on top of being an expert plumber. I’m going to ask for him on any future jobs we may have.

Had Nate out to look at a few plumbing issues I want addressed. He is very knowledgeable and personable and we look forward to having him back next week to get started. He ensured my wife and I understood exactly what he was proposing to do and didn’t try to upsell us on options we didn’t really need.

I called at 8 o’clock for a problem with my shower. They had a technician out here by 9:30. Jake Roderick was the technician and he did an excellent job. He was very pleasant
And professional Trump . Everything was fixed and on his way within 45 minutes. I am very pleased.

After signing up for the Membership program which initially allowed us a discount on some bib work that we had done last year, we recieved a call from Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT) stating it was time for our free hot water tank cleaning and home plumbing inspection. Our plumber Gaige came within the indicated time window and was VERY pleasant, professional, clean and well kempt in his appearance. Since my first call for the bib work, I've had two different plumbers from OPT work in my house and I would without hesitation have either of them both back. They do a GREAT job!!!

We had a house main water valve that wouldn't shut off and refrigerator water valve that was leaking. Rafael was very friendly, he did a great job on the repairs and kept the workspace in a manner that when he left, it was as clean as it was prior to the work. He also took time to answer any questions I had.
I have to admit that I have to wonder what the margin on the parts is. But, when I need plumbing services in the future I will be calling Olympic Plumbing Technology!
