He fixed a drain blockage located in my inlet baffle and also provided helpful tips on steps we could take to mitigate future blockages. Rafael is polite, very efficient, explains things clearly about the jobs, pricing, etc. He is conscientious, thorough and focused. He accomplished a good amount of work in a reasonable amount of time. He left each area clean. The company can be proud of this employee. He replaced piping inside a wall, the old connectors on work that was done wrong that caused a damaging leak, and replaced old valves under three sinks.

Robbie and Trevor came to service a leak in our yard hydrant. They idenified the problem right away and communicated so that we could understand completely as to what they were doing. Two incredible plumbers Steve S. and Danny S tackled my job. They performed a very complex job involving my 85 year old "Cast Iron Stack". My LEAD PIPE from the STACK to the toilet developed holes from age and leaked. Danny with 47 years experience new how to proceed. He knew how to remove LEAD PIPING from the Joint at and inside the STACK, and then rebuilt the pipe in black 4" PVC up to my NEW toilet FLANGE. CARE >> They gave me the better silicone rubber insert into existing STACK joint (thank you) and also gave me the upgraded stainless toilet FLANGE (thank you). I needed this job done delicately and with experience so while digging out the old broken Lead pipe, that my existing STACK would not get damaged or cracked... yikes. But alas, Danny and Steve pulled it off perfectly. This job was not cheap but i was paying for much more than standard plumbing on the job. They get an 11 on a 10-star scale. Bill Brower Tacoma Wa. P.S. I should add that Steve S. Is my regular plumber, he has done 4 jobs for me. Each time He listens to how i want to proceed and brainstorms with me on what to do. It is my belief that when you find a really good plumber, you hang on to him.

We had a house water filter installed an our yearly water heater flush. Their technician Gaige did a great job and answered all my questions as they came up, even the ones that were unrelated to the specific job. He even taught me how to undo the faucet filter so I can clean it in the future. He was professional and polite.

DJ came by with an associate. They performed a 10-point inspection and checked out our sump pump. They didn't perform any work this go around but I really appreciated the way they communicated with us through the whole process, and they gave me really good information and suggestions for different ways to approach the situation. Would definitely call them again. EDIT: Just had another visit, this time from Corbin. Flooding nightmare... he was awesome.

Nick came to our home to check on our plumbing. We have had lots of little leaks here and there because our home is Older. Nick was personable, Professional, And made us feel good about all that we need to update in this old house.

We needed a broken water pump quickly replaced and selected Olympic Plumbing because they have a cool logo and someone immediately answered our call to get the service scheduled quicker than the other plumbers we called. Shortly after that service another part of our complex well water system failed so we called Olympic back to figure out a better way to pump water from the well 400 feet up the hill to our house. Nate brought in an engineering specialist to calculate the pump capacity needed to get the water up the hill. The math was correct but our existing pipe layout created unexpected negative pressure preventing water to get to the house. They then determined having a different tank would fix the problem and provide much cleaner water. Despite the numerous challenges, Nate and the team kept trying and found a solution, often working late at night and on weekends to make sure our water supply was available as much as possible. Throughout the process Olympic's communication about the status was great and despite all the challenges and trying different tanks and pumps, the total price was exactly what they quoted at the beginning. Wow. You don't often get Olympic Pumbing's level of customer commitment and service from many contractors. Thanks, Nate! We highly recommend- and they have a cool logo that made me smile whenever their vehicles were at our house.

Robby is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a plumbing emergency and the company sent him within minutes to my house to assess and plan the repairs. He was also able to call a restoration company out immediately to assess the damage and plan repairs to the HVAC system which was affected by the flood. They will both start work first thing in the morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Update to this, which I forgot to post last night. Robby arrived promptly at eight and had completed his job in a few hours. He solved the problem, made the repairs and was cleaned up and gone in a timely manner. Excellent service. Will definitely use again if the need should arise.

Gaige and Jake were wonderful to work with! They were so personable and explained everything in plain English so I could understand. They completed the work so quickly and our filter is working GREAT now! They even explained it to my 4 year old and 2 year old, they were so kind! If I need more work done, I really hope I get this team next time! (They installed a new whole home water filter, fixed our expansion tank on the hot water tank, fixed a kids toy stuck in the toilet, and rerouted and installed a water shut off inside the garage)

Olympic Plumbing Technology was the best! From the time I called (late Friday afternoon) to having a tech in my driveway was less than an hour! Our tech Steven was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, quick, polite! Not enough good things to say about these guys! Will absolutely use them again, and tell anyone who asks me to use them too!

Excellent service experience, Corbin made it all easy❤️ Corbin was calm and assured me that he would have hot water back on soon, and he lived up to his promise. Corbins communication was exemplary, I never felt I was out of the loop even tho I couldn’t be insight.! I got a text and a call letting me know about 25 minutes out, a call after he had figured out the issues, and another call when the reconstruction was done.
We were really happy, my tenants were thrilled to have hot water and Inwas thankful that Corbin made was really top notch and very skilled. He was friendly, professional and an excellent reporter of the company. Sarah was also superb to work with scheduling, and so patient -I was really under the gun getting this on the books and fixed.!

Corbin Moe did a great job checking our leaking washing machine today, Feb. 19, 2026.. He found it was a leak on the seal of the front of the machine, not a water line leak. He then quickly checked our upstairs bathroom sink and cleared the clog of hair that was blocking the drain from working properly.

We had a significant kitchen sink problem with lack of draining and needed assistance right away. We talked to Sarah on the phone and we had Steven Shoopman as the technician who arrived later that day (we are Legend members - and it is a wise investment!) and he fixed the problem and double-checked everything. Our guest bathroom had slow draining shower/sink/toilet and was due to family visitors over a period of time; you know - things can go wrong in an older home and more use to the guest bathroom. We had Aaron C. to visit and help troubleshoot the problem. Aaron walked us through the steps to diagnose and then fix the issues with precision and knowledge. We also appreciated the preventative advice on how to protect the septic system and keep the lines clear when guests (family and friends) visit and need to adapt to our plumbing and septic system. Dylan did a second project for us and it was excellent, installing a new kitchen sink and changed the plumbing from 2 bowls to a single bowl sink with new faucet. Very neat job.

He explained his analysis of our situation and did the work needed to get our sewer lateral flowing again. This is the third time I have gone to Olympic Plumbing Technologies for emergency help. Nate and Morgan were amazing. Nate came out to bid the job first thing in the morning. I was given multiple options at varying price ranges. The new water heater was installed in the garage instead of inside the house like the old one, which required new plumbing. Nate was able to bid the job, get supplies, and do the entire install in the same day. I had 4 and 5 year old kids bugging them during the entire process. Nate and his helper Morgan were extremely friendly and patient with the kids. I will be recommending Nate and Olympic Plumbing Technology to everyone that I know.

These folks are absolutely outstanding! Our toilet suddenly became clogged and none of the tools in our house were able to get rid of the clog. We called around a lot and these folks stuck out. We sure weren't let down. They were able to come right out and take care of our little mess. Steven was our technician. He was phenomenal! Knowledgeable, kind and great with people. Nick serviced out water heater today. While he was here, he did an inspection of everything involving water. He found out house was being supplied under the minimum water pressure. We'll be having him out again to work on the recommendations he gave. Gaige has done amazing work for us. The installation of our new tankless water heater was seamless. He made great recommendations for other plumbing projects. We had him come back later to complete those as well.

There was an issue with the product so Gaige came back the next day and made sure it was taken care of to my satisfaction. They were on-time, friendly, knowledgeable and we will absolutely be calling back when we're ready to have the plumbing work done. This company is using technology to make the experience seamless in a really easy way, with easy online booking and thorough communication via SMS all the way along. Can't speak to the quality of the plumbing work yet, but if it is as well done as the initial visit and inspection, I'm confident we'll be in good hands at a reasonable price.

Due to the estimated cost to repair our water heater, and the fact that it’s warranty would expire in a year, we decided to purchase a new one and signed up for the Legend service, as well. All this was a LOT more than we expected to pay for what we were hoping would just be catching up on overdue maintenance, but we feel like we made that best decision for the long run. Nick was careful to make sure he was providing us with all options so we could make a decision and he lined up an electrician for us, as well. After signing up for the Membership program which initially allowed us a discount on some bib work that we had done last year, we recieved a call from Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT) stating it was time for our free hot water tank cleaning and home plumbing inspection. Our plumber Gaige came within the indicated time window and was VERY pleasant, professional, clean and well kempt in his appearance. Since my first call for the bib work, I've had two different plumbers from OPT work in my house and I would without hesitation have either of them both back. They do a GREAT job!!!

My 36 year old RUUD water heater finally gave up on me yesterday. (Yes, 36 years old. Gaige said it was an industrial, steel and glass that has been installed in the good old days😂) I called OPT late yesterday afternoon, after I noticed leaking and they fit me in immediately this morning. Gaige was polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, explaining all the different types of options etc, and very personable! Wore shoe covers and cleaned up everything during the whole time. I had thought this would be such a horrible, messy thing to do, as the water heater is right in the kitchen area, but it turned out to be just fine. OPT is my go to plumber from here on out. Ron and Robbie came out to fix a problem with a previous job that Olympic Plumbing Technicians did a few years ago. The drain pipes under our kitchen sink started to leak. They provided excellent service and made good on what was done before at no charge. Ron is the owner and he approved the work because it wasn't done properly in the first place. This is the sort of service that will make us repeat customers. They came out the same day I called as well. All around excellent service. (The initial work, while not up to their own standards, wasn't too bad in that it took three years before the leak showed up).

Ron and Dylan came out on an emergency situation and did exceptional work and eased my mind. Not only did they help me but have a reputation for going the extra mile for their community. I also cannot forget to mention how supportive the office staff, Sarah and Alyssa were in calming me down and getting service to me quickly at the end of the day. If I have any more grandsons, I am going to name him Ron.

Ryan and Morgan did a great job replacing my hot water tank. They had a very small space to work in, but they were efficient and careful of my things. They cleaned up nicely when done.

Raphael had to measure the opening and then look for a sink that would fit. He is a pleasure to work with - very professional, courteous, and skilled. We highly recommend Olympic Plumbing. Also, the office kept us informed on arrival time. It was all a positive experience.

I never write reviews, however; I just can't say enough about the service I received from not only from the company, in general, but more specifically their technician (is that the word?) Nate!! And his trusty "assistant" Morgan. I had a very old combo hot water heater/furnace unit. A project many people couldn't or wouldn't take on. I shopped around and knew it was going to be well over 10,000 dollars to replace. After talking to Nate, I knew his knowledge and their willingness to work with me was the way to go, and I was not disappointed! Professional, kind, meticulous and completely thorough. My step father who owned a machine shop for over 50 years was very impressed with the welding and workmanship! I can honestly say I will NEVER use any other plumbing service.

Highly recommended. Had an emergency leak related to the line feeding the refrigerator; gave these folks a call, a young fellow came out here that day, got into that very tight crawl space and took care of the issue. In a way, glad I had the problem, because now I have a new plumber. Reliable plumbers not an easy find, and the shenanigans shady ones engage in can be worse than the issue one wants to hire them for. I had two issues, my water pressure was too high, and my tankless water heater was making a rattling sound and much louder than it used to be. Olympic Plumbing sent plumber Gaige Stidman to determine what the issues were. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my tankless water heater; he quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Runs like new now. He also installed a water pressure valve to the water main water line, that brought my water pressure down to a level safe for my appliances. He felt it was most likely the high-water pressure is what caused the damage to the tankless water heater. Gaige knows his stuff and is a very likeable guy; I'll be requesting him for my future plumbing needs.
