Had a need for immediate pipe repair service and they more than accommodated that, including recommending a future plan for updating antiquated equipment for best results and more leak protection in the future after taking care of the immediate issue. Quick and fast and professional.

I spoke with Melody at the call center twice, as she needed permission from the homeowner to perform the repairs. She was very nice and professional, answered my questions, and helped me get same day service even though they already had a lot of bookings for the day. I was told to expect the technician between 1100-1700, and Steven S. showed up at 1100 almost on the dot. We discussed the situation, he got right to work, and was very knowledgeable and professional as well. He was able to suggest money saving tips for my specific situation and provided quotes for potential additional work within minutes of clearing the problem, cleaned up the area, and was done in less than two hours. I am thoroughly happy with Olympic Plumbing Technology from start to finish! EDIT: I had a follow up questions about the work I had done and some possible repairs that might be required, and in my opinion, Steven went above and beyond to help me find the answers I needed. Absolutely top notch customer service, and I will call Olympic Plumbing Technology if I need any services in the future.

Our water heater failed, and Nick Garside came and did a thorough assessment of the situation. He was very professional, explained all our options, and answered all our questions and concerns. Olympic plumbing was amazing to work with and Ryan did a great job at my house!

We are very happy with the services we received. Brandon was efficient and knowledgeable, and he explained how the sump pump functions, and showed me how it was installed. Same goes for the yard hydrant that he installed. We also got a new bathroom faucet which was installed by Brandon’s assistant and he also did a great job.

Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a difficult fix on a house built in 1915 and he was thorough and investigative to make sure he assessed the problem completely. He then offered 2 options and for repairing the problem. The completed bid and written assessment was available within an hour. Will definitely hire the company again.
