Levi was meticulous from the moment he entered our house. He made sure we knew what he was doing and why he was doing it that way. He was conscientious about our flooring, furniture and going in and out of our house (to and from the hose bib outside). Levi came out to do yearly maintenance on our tankless water heater and it was a pleasure to deal with a fine (and good natured) guy. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Dylan did a great job. I am concerned about the cost to move the water heater over about 5 inches when i had already paid to have it installed.

Overall, I was very pleased with Olympic Plumbing Technology. The customer service was great. Dylan, our plumber, was very skilled and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently and had a really pleasant demeanor. We had our garbage disposal replaced. It was very affordable in my opinion and I will not hesitate to reach out to them for our future plumbing needs.
