Gaige was incredibly patient he went above and beyond to restore hot water to our home. He had wonderful customer service was never pushy to sell us a new unit and spent hours trying to fix the existing one. We ended up having him install a tank less water heater and he did a really great job making it look nice and showing up when he said he would which is rare these days.

Nate was very helpful. We have old polybutylene PEX and the Shark Bite end cap did not stem the water flow after I installed. Nate suggested that I try and find an end cap with the polybutylene fitting. I tried every big box, plumbing supply store and hardware store I could think of - to no avail. Nate fixed it and we're good now.
