Nate was very helpful. We have old polybutylene PEX and the Shark Bite end cap did not stem the water flow after I installed. Nate suggested that I try and find an end cap with the polybutylene fitting. I tried every big box, plumbing supply store and hardware store I could think of - to no avail. Nate fixed it and we're good now.

We had a toilet leaking from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom. Rafael did an excellent job explaining what was going on and fixing the leak. While he couldn't fix the rotting wood, he did refer us to a company that could. Later in the day we did receive a call from the other company which means he followed through on the referral! Rafael was very professional and thorough with his work. We even asked about a second potential leak that he looked at and we did find is a slow leak that will be fixed. I plan to use this company again in the future if we need any plumbing services.

Called for an estimate and Robby came out next day. He checked out the system and the water heater was leaking. After looking at my options, he had installed a new one within a couple of hours. Rafael is polite, very efficient, explains things clearly about the jobs, pricing, etc. He is conscientious, thorough and focused. He accomplished a good amount of work in a reasonable amount of time. He left each area clean. The company can be proud of this employee. He replaced piping inside a wall, the old connectors on work that was done wrong that caused a damaging leak, and replaced old valves under three sinks.
