We had a toilet leaking from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom. Rafael did an excellent job explaining what was going on and fixing the leak. Called for an estimate and Robby came out next day. He checked out the system and the water heater was leaking. After looking at my options, he had installed a new one within a couple of hours. He accomplished a good amount of work in a reasonable amount of time. He left each area clean. The company can be proud of this employee.
