We've recently purchased a new home and were having a leaky faucet inside the house replaced. When I went out to shut off the water to the house so the work could be done, I was unpleasantly surprised when I started to turn the main shut off valve and the pipe immediately sprung a massive, gushing leak (especially since it had all be inspected and deemed in good working order not a month ago)!

This was already late afternoon, so we reached out to local businesses that worked on wells and Olympic Plumbing Technology sent out Gaige Stidham to see to the problem the very next morning. When he arrived, Gaige assessed the situation and explained what he found: that our galvanized pipe had split at the main control valve due to heavy corrosion, and not only that, but the bladder in the well pressure tank had failed and there was also bad corrosion to the internal contactors within the pump control box.

Gaige told me our options and we agreed on a plan, then he set to work. New pressure tank, piping, main control valve, and pressure box-- he even cleaned out the well house while he was at it, for us! Afterwards, he tested everything to ensure it was working and also confirmed that our pump was, in fact, in good working order. He was super competent, educative, and amiable.

Although it was no small expense (couldn't be with what all needed fixed), I am confident in the work he did for us and that we can rest easy (at least in concerns for our well) for a good while to come. We absolutely recommend Gaige and Olympic Plumbing Technology and will definitely reach out to them for future needs.

Gaige was absolutely fantastic. He was able to immediate identify the issue with our well pump and got it fixed in no time. We highly recommend him. Scott came to flush the water heater but, it turned out, we needed a new one. He was very helpful, kind and professional. We love the new water heater and will be calling Olympic Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the future.

Keenon was professional, courteous, and resourceful throughout the entire process. My water heater is a fairly finicky smart unit, and troubleshooting it took some patience. I appreciated his willingness to research solutions, think through the problem, and work toward figuring out how to resolve the issue with my smart unit. He was easy to work with, maintained a professional attitude, and put in the effort to get to the bottom of the issue. I would gladly recommend him for his professionalism and customer service.
