After signing up for the Membership program which initially allowed us a discount on some bib work that we had done last year, we recieved a call from Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT) stating it was time for our free hot water tank cleaning and home plumbing inspection. Our plumber Gaige came within the indicated time window and was VERY pleasant, professional, clean and well kempt in his appearance. Since my first call for the bib work, I've had two different plumbers from OPT work in my house and I would without hesitation have either of them both back. They do a GREAT job!!!

Rafael was very friendly, he did a great job on the repairs and kept the workspace in a manner that when he left, it was as clean as it was prior to the work. He also took time to answer any questions I had.
I have to admit that I have to wonder what the margin on the parts is. But, when I need plumbing services in the future I will be calling Olympic Plumbing Technology!
