Keenan was exceptional. I required an emergency service on a Sunday and he came out and with great kindness took his time in being thorough & diagnosing the problem. He guided me how to move forward in obtaining the correct part and another appointment was scheduled just two days later to repair everything. Keenan was comprehensive in his approach & kind in his delivery and informative and patient. I am very grateful to everyone that helped me when I had no hot water or heat for a week due to challenges with my tankless hot water heater.

Scott showed up when he said he would. Inspected what looked like a septic cover but turned out to be something else. Did the complimentary check of our sinks, wash room, and water tank.
