I spoke with Melody at the call center twice, as she needed permission from the homeowner to perform the repairs. She was very nice and professional, answered my questions, and helped me get same day service even though they already had a lot of bookings for the day. I was told to expect the technician between 1100-1700, and Steven S. showed up at 1100 almost on the dot. We discussed the situation, he got right to work, and was very knowledgeable and professional as well. He was able to suggest money saving tips for my specific situation and provided quotes for potential additional work within minutes of clearing the problem, cleaned up the area, and was done in less than two hours.
