We had a toilet leaking from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom. Rafael did an excellent job explaining what was going on and fixing the leak. While he couldn't fix the rotting wood, he did refer us to a company that could. Later in the day we did receive a call from the other company which means he followed through on the referral! He accomplished a good amount of work in a reasonable amount of time. He left each area clean. The company can be proud of this employee.
