Dylan did a great job. I am concerned about the cost to move the water heater over about 5 inches when i had already paid to have it installed.

Overall, I was very pleased with Olympic Plumbing Technology. The customer service was great. Dylan, our plumber, was very skilled and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently and had a really pleasant demeanor. We had our garbage disposal replaced. It was very affordable in my opinion and I will not hesitate to reach out to them for our future plumbing needs.

We employed Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT) in a previous major project: sewer piping, hookup, and septic tank decommissioning of a 72-year-old house and were very pleased with OPT’s communication, planning, and work on that project. When we noticed some leaking water faucets, we called OPT again. Brandon (OPT) did a thorough evaluation of the water supply piping and recommended whole house piping replacement. I had the pleasure of connecting with Olympic Plumbing today when they came out to my nonprofit for an estimate. I hade the pleasure of walking through the project with Nick Garside, one of their technicians. He was very thorough and efficient. He asked good questions and was patient as I explained the full scope of the project both current and future. I appreciated the excellent customer service he provided. However, at the end of the walk through he crunched some numbers and when he told me the job would be approx $16,000 and that I would have to sign some documents about the walk through. I signed the documents and then he asked for an approx $87 fee for the technician to come out and give an estimate. He stated that this would go towards my total bill and be deducted. I was really confused and got my card and paid it. After he left I called my mom and she was in the phone with me the day prior when I booked the estimate. We were told by either Alyssa B or Sarah J on the phone that we would not have a fee for the estimate today and that they were waiving the $79.00 fee. I called my mom today to confirm that call yesterday because it was on speakerphone in the car. I believe it could have been an easy misunderstanding from the dispatch and office to the technician. I complied and paid for the estimate however, I will be calling in the morning to discuss the previous promise of the estimate fee waived. I wish that the fee was disclosed on the phone call prior to their arrival or when they first arrived. I had several plumbers and electricians on the schedule for this week to come out and yesterday I only spoke to one, yall, who had a fee and offered to wave it, so it was very left field today with that field. I hope that when I call tomorrow they are able to clarify the phone call and hold true to their word and are able to refund my credit card. Other than the fee, they were very thorough and provided great customer service. I believe it was a little misunderstand and translation and I feel good that they will do right by it ( :

Corbin was friendly and explained opportunistic options clearly. The problem was a leaking hose bib. The challenge was getting to it. It was a more difficult fix than expected. Corbin took care when cutting holes in the siding and the kitchen cabinet. He also did an inspection of bathrooms, water heater and other outside faucets. He was thorough. I would recommend him.

From the helpful person who booked my appointment to the arrival of the plumber, Nate, at our rental property, it was a positive experience. The only negative was learning that most plumbers won't work on the type of water lines that are in older mobile/manufactured homes. Sadly that was the need I had. But Nate told me how to repair the leak I had including what parts I needed. I will certainly use Olympic Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Meeting Steven of Olympic Plumbing Technology was a true stroke of luck. We have a 85+ year old sewer that starts cast iron, goes to orange burg, to a pvc fix then 70 feet of concrete. We have lots of washed? pebbles in our line which are going to be a big problem very soon. Steven went through every possible option with us. We have learned a whole lot about our sewer in the past few months and after meeting with several firms and as many camera explorations, I knew pretty quickly that Steven could fix our system. Olympic Plumbing Technology was able to have the toilet flushing within an hour and a half from the time they were called.

They arrived that same day and fixed the problem in just a few hours while also inspecting the plumbing throughout my new house. Great service, friendly, and managed to give me my kitchen sink back, which was invaluable.

I'm working on a garage to ADU conversion. Vernon has been very helpful in working with me on a portion of plumbing that I am not knowledgeable about or comfortable with with doing myself, the sewer connection and rehabing the existing line. He has explained to me what I was seeing on the camera and showing me the concerns with the existing sewer line. I will definitely use them again for any future work.

Called for assistance to deal with a leak of unknown origin in our crawlspace. We got timely and professional service, with same-day dispatch. Dylan found the problem and identified the solution quickly. He also noticed our water heater was ancient and poorly maintained, and recommended a replacement. Importantly, he was conversational and not pushy in his recommendations. No hard sell or scaremongering. We chose to fix the current leak and replace the water heater at the same time. The service was performed that same afternoon. We went from minor crisis to fully solved and future-proofed within the span of a couple of hours. This was my first time doing business with Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT). This was, by far, the best experience I’ve had with a plumbing company in many years! Their technical expertise, customer service focus, attention to detail, and responsiveness was outstanding. In particular, hats off to Rafael and his apprentice Morgan. They did exceptional work doing a dishwasher drain bypass and an outside faucet replacement. We also had some black sediment coming out of our bathtub faucet that we asked Rafael to look at. Rather than focusing on the symptom (the sediment) and taking apart the faucet, snaking the pipes from the top (and possibly having to remove the tub), Rafael hypothesized that the problem could be a internal gasket that was eroding and causing the sediment due to excessive water pressure. Checking the pressure, it was in fact very high. To try to address the bathtub sediment issue and ease the strain on the overall plumbing system in the house, Rafael recommended that we have a pressure reduction valve installed for the house. We went with that approach and, so far anyway, have seen a reduction in the sediment that may go away altogether. All in all, I would highly recommend OPT—Rafael and the team and will definitely consider them for future plumbing needs.

My daughter with two young children had a plugged main sewer line from tree roots towards the end of the day a year ago, these great guys were here same day on short notice after hours and cleared the line. A year later they offered a fee camera scope, all clear no charge and they said they would come back a year later.

He diagnosed my problem and was able to fix it using repair parts he had on hand instead of going with entirely new components and saved me a ton of money. Oct. 2023: Alan installed a cut-off valve for the water main line in our home's crawl space. Before starting the work, he discussed options for how to locate the cut-off valve. The work went very smoothly and he was finished in less than 2 hours. The company was very good about booking the appointment and communicating with me on the day of the work. I was glad to find a plumber in Olympia with such an outstanding record of work. Thanks OPT! June 2025: The builder of our house had installed a faucet in the garage -- a feature that has been extremely problematic at times with leaks and access issues. Gaige and Brandon extended the water line to the exterior of the house and installed a high quality faucet to fit "perfectly" within the existing stonework (see photo below). We had some much needed hosebib work at our house. The outside valve was difficult to impossible to shut off. Zachary did an EXCELLENT job describing the work and what might be the minimum necessary work as well as what the most necessary work might be. We needed the outside shut off valve in the house as well as the hose bib replaced. Zach was very professional, clean and well versed in the work. Additionally, it was of greater value to us to sign up for an Olympic Plumbing Membership Group which paid for half of the membership cost in today's visit and will pay for the remainder plus additional benefit throughout the next year. All in all great repair as well as promising benefits to come. We are very pleased!

Great job! Our garbage disposal finally kicked the bucket, and I called Olympic Plumbing Technology right away after their great service the last time we had a problem at the house. Fate came out and took a look at thibgs, noted we had some outdated plumbing under the sink that could pose a health risk. While he was there, we imposed upon him to take a look at the kitchen faucet, and he was patient and kind through it all. He fixed everything in one day, no rush, no fuss! Thank you!

May 19, 2025: Zach did a good job of reviewing all our household plumbing fixtures and made a few suggestions and provided estimates for 3 possible projects. He also quickly fixed a leak in an outdoor faucet that had been installed in 2024. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately we decided not to have him flush the water heater because he warned us that the plastic drain valve might break which could result in a big mess. Our bathtub/shower faucet had a steady drip. Olympic Plumbing Technology was able to schedule a technician visit the next day. Travis arrived on time - and even a little early. He was very friendly and professional and completed the replacement of the entire faucet unit within 90 minutes. I would happily recommend him. The repair was not inexpensive but I have confidence in the quality of his work. Today (4/4/2024) DJ replaced the backyard hose bib which required some dismantling of deck boards. He also inspected the water heater and our house plumbing fixtures. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Olympia Plumbing Technology is not inexpensive but they seem to be professional and reliable. This morning (12/4/2024) DJ and Alex unclogged our toilet. DJ explained some possible causes for the toilet/line blockage and some options if the line could not be unblocked with the snake. Luckily for us the blockage was cleared quickly and easily.

We have an old house and things are failing. Olympic has been outstanding responding to urgent issues and giving advice on priorities for the future so we can plan and spread the cost out. Everyone I've dealt with at Olympic has been terrific. Top quality work and people. A+

Alex and Morgan did an amazing job! Very professional and took time to explain things. I felt confident and trusted that they would do install everything correctly. In addition, several weeks earlier Alex came out came out to look at a problem I was having with dishwasher draining and while here took initiative to look into my account and saw I had gotten estimate on tankless water heater and said due to age of my current water heater that another option might be to consider a regular water heater and gave me an estimate. I so appreciated he took the time to counsel me on different options - thank you.

Edit: After a weeks worth headaches of back and forth with plumbing companies and homeowners insurance, Fate and Stephen of Olympic Plumbing Technology came out to start the work we were quoted on. Even though the plans quickly changed due to unforeseen circumstances, they were able to keep me at my initial estimate while not only fixing our bathtub drain, but the entire drainage of the house! Absolutely would recommend over and over again. What i appreciated most is that they were very honest and didn't try to cut corners.

Olympic plumbing technology did wonderful work on our house. We received a call from the city that our water usage indicated a leak. Once the location of the leak was discovered, Fate and his team came out the very next morning. They fixed the underground leak same day and also assessed the rest of the house to ensure we didn’t have any more leaks. They discovered our kitchen drain was leaking, helped us connect with a restoration company to address the water damage it caused, and fixed the plumbing issues in a timely manner to reduce the time our kitchen was out of use. Additionally, they improved the old piping our outdoor waterspout was connected to and fixed the lingering overnight water usage the city was seeing post the underground water leak repair. Overall - piping and plumbing is over a lot of homeowners heads (i.e. - mine). You need someone you trust to find and repair issues that cause long term damage to your house, while also not getting taken advantage of. Olympic plumbing is the company to do just that. I highly recommend Olympic plumbing, specifically technician Fate D, when in a need of an exceptional plumbing.

Corbin did an amazing job installing a new water heater when my old one gave up the ghost..He was knowledgeable and kept me up to date with what he was doing..When finished i noticed I had a drop in pressure in my hot water faucet in the kitchen sink he came back and took a part the faucet and cleaned out the sediment that was in it and now its better than it has ever been.. Corbin will be the one I will request for all my plumbing needs.
