We Had Eric B. come out and check our well pump. We had no water in our reserve tank. He approached the situation with calm and confidence. Reassured us what was happening. I received a call asking if I would like my water heater drained today instead of my scheduled appointment, due to a cancellation. I said yes. Erick, the technician called to let me know he was on his way. Very nice gentleman, left everything clean. It pays to be a Legend Member which has many benefits. I didn’t have to pay anything to have my water heater drained.

Water heater stopped working. Gage showed up the next day to take a look. They had the water heater of my choice in stock and installed it that day. Very nice that they have key items like this in stock in their warehouse so I didn't have to wait for it to be ordered/delivered and be out of hot water for several days.

Our technician Eric was incredibly helpful and we couldn’t be more appreciative of him finding the cause of our leak. He repaired the leak with a new shower arm, and even referred us to a local restoration company to remediate the damage and fix up our bathroom.
